At LOLA & FITZ we know that creating a wishlist for your newborn baby can be pretty overwhelming the first time around. We have made it easy to get inspired. Step 5. Sit back, relax, and get pampered with gifts. Family and friends can indicate whether they bought a gift from your wishlist (so no risk of double gifting!). Yes, you can also directly purchase gifts from one of our beautiful affiliated webshops.

You can add items to your wishlists by exploring our categories, and simply clicking on an item. Select the desired quantity to let your family and friends know how many of the item you want. If you need some inspiration, don’t forget to take a look at our featured gifts and check out our blog for essentials and beautiful gift ideas.

Yes, you can make changes to your wishlist at any time. However, please do keep in mind that once an item has been purchased for you, it cannot be edited or removed.

You can organize all the items on your wishlist into categories for your family and friends. What about creating a special collection for your baby shower?

Follow these simple steps to reset your password:
Step 1. Go to http://lolafitz.com/
Step 2. Click ‘Login’ at the top right side of the page.
Step 3. Click on ‘Forgot Password?’, and we will ask you to enter your email address.
Step 4. Click ‘Submit’ and wait for an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Keeping track of gifts

Family and friends can let us know whether they bought a gift from your wishlist (so there is no risk of double gifting!). When a gift is purchased from one of our beautiful affiliated webshops, we give them the option to remain anonymous or include a special personal message for you. Either way, the gift will be flagged as purchased on your wishlist.

As LOLA & FITZ provides items from various different webshops, delivery time can vary depending on the webshop. Also friends and family can choose to have it delivered to your address or to their own and personally present you with it.

Shipping & Returns

To add a shipping address to your wishlist, login to your account and click on the ’Wishlist Settings’ tab. Under Shipping Information you can add your shipping address. Please make sure to click on the ‘Save changes’ button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

We highly recommend providing your visitors with the option to send gifts to your address. Many visitors find it convenient to have that kind of information handy for them when purchasing a gift for you.
To add a shipping address, login to your account and click on the ’Wishlist Settings’ tab. Under Shipping Information you can add your shipping address. Please make sure to click on the ‘Save changes’ button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Since LOLA & FITZ is not the store from which items are purchased, but rather the service that directs your visitors to various affiliated webshops, you cannot exchange or return the gift through us. For information regarding the exchange/return process, please return to the webshop where the gift was purchased from.

 

Sharing your wishlist

To make sure your family and friends can find your wishlist, publish your list from your Wishlist Settings’ page – simply click on the ‘Publish’ button, and you’ll be ready to go. You can choose to share your list on facebook, twitter, by e-mail, – or you can simply copy the URL and add it to your babyshower invitation or birth announcement!

 

For friends and family

Have you received a direct link to a LOLA & FITZ wishlist? Perfect! Just copy and paste the link into your browser’s address bar.
You can also find a wishlist by clicking on the magnifying glass on the homepage, and enter in the name of the wishlist you’re looking for.

First, it is important to understand that LOLA & FITZ is not the store that you purchase the item from, LOLA & FITZ is simply a wishlist that the items are listed on. Our service allows members to add gifts from many different webshops to one, convenient wishlist.
To purchase a gift, simply follow these steps:

Step 1. SELECT GIFT – simply click on the gift you wish to buy
Step 2. SELECT QUANTITY – specify the number of items you wish to buy
Step 3. ENTER YOUR E-MAIL – enter your e-mail to make sure the baby doesn’t receive double gifts. Your email will never be used for promotions!
Step 4. COPY SHIPPING INFO – if you want to send the gift directly to your friend, copy their shipping info, you will need it in the checkout process!
Step 5. BUY GIFT – click the ‘Click to Buy From Webshop’ button and we will redirect you to one of our beautiful affiliated webshops to proceed with your purchase!
Step 6. UPDATE THE WISHLIST – if you have purchased the gift, don’t forget to return to the wishlist to update it (to avoid double gifting!). If you answer ‘Yes’ to the ‘Did you Buy this Gift?’ question. You will then be asked to enter your name to update the wishlist. You have the option to remain anonymous or include a special personal message for your friend!
If you haven’t purchased the gift because the item wasn’t available or out of stock, please let us know by answering ‘No’ to the ‘Did you buy this gift’ question. ”

Usually, the size and color of the gift requested will be included on the wishlist. If size/color information is not listed, you can check the ‘Notes’ area of the wishlist. If no information is given, please contact us at support@lolafitz.com and we can send an e-mail to the wishlist holder on your behalf.

Ofcourse! After you have purchased the gift from one of our beautiful affiliated webshops, please return to the wishlist to let us know that you have purchased the item. You have the option to remain anonymous or include a special personal message for your friend!

The gifts on a LOLA & FITZ wishlist are gifts added from various webshops. So unfortunately, we have no control over a webshops inventory. If the item you want to purchase off your friend’s wishlist is no longer available or out of stock, please search for another gift to purchase off their wishlist.
If you haven’t purchased a gift because the item wasn’t available or out of stock, please let us know by answering ‘No’ to the ‘Did you buy this gift’ question. You can choose the option ‘Item was not available’.
